These Terms of Service govern your use of www.effortlessglowtn.com and the spray tan services offered by Effortless Glow. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Effortless Glow provides custom spray tans and related in-studio glow services at 1304 Atlantic Ave in Knoxville, Tennessee. Service details and pricing are confirmed at booking. Sister brands Effortless Beauty and Effortless Spa have their own websites and terms.

Bookings and cancellations

Appointments are handled through our booking system. A booking is confirmed when the appointment is reserved and any required payment is completed. Cancellation, late, and no-show terms are shown at checkout or in your confirmation and control if they differ from this page.

Please arrive on time, follow pre-tan prep we send you, and share any skin sensitivities before your appointment. We may refuse or stop a service if it cannot be provided safely.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes: learning about our services and booking appointments. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, photographs, copy, and design of this website belong to Effortless Glow or our licensors. You may not reuse them without written permission, except for reasonable personal sharing of a page link.

Services are provided with professional care. Spray tan results vary by skin, prep, and aftercare.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Venue for any dispute is Knox County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
